addition: email/scripts/view.pl

Re:WIN98SE

When I click an URL in a Newsletter I get:
“try again within 5 minutes and saying:
email/scripts/view.pl.
However this remark has laster for a couple of days now.
Any idea what is the matter and/or what can be done about it.
