Admin Account and Intruder Lockout

After implementing intruder lockout in our organization container on a NW5 network, the admin account became disabled. The intruder detection messages occur at fairly regular intervals at the console. At first, I thought it might me our NT server that was trying to login into NDS with an old password, but after taking the NT server offline the admin account was again disabled due to an intruder lockout.

Also, when I look at the intruder lockout properties in NWADMIN, the ‘last intruder address’ field is blank, so I can’t track where the problem is coming from.

Does anyone have any ideas to track and resolve these problems?
