aestan Tray menu

I have upgraded php version 2.2.8 to php version 5.3.0, and insteadof working it displays the message:
The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 819:
[EParseError] Invalid section tag,

when i click okay, it displays:
could not execute menu item(internal error) [EAccessViolation at address 0043AC36 in module ‘wampmanager.exe’. Read of address 61772042
