Alert without an X?

Is it possible to have in Oracle Forms an Alert without the X in the top right-hand corner? My client needs this because she is afraid that her underlings may click the X, with unpredictable consequences (well, I can predict them, but they are not written in the Alert), instead of one of the buttons, which have well-defined consequences.
