All Lights Flashing on HP 2410?

After a power outage, all four lights plus the “On” light flash in unison. Tried rotating the wheels and a partial reset with #3, but nothing has worked so far. Everything seems to be moving freely i.e. ink cartridges and scanner bar. Previously unplugging the printer and then plugging it back in served to bring it back on line, but it’s not doing the trick now. The key seems to be that all five lights are blinking at once. Any ideas? Could the software have been damaged by the restoration of electricity?
