Alternative to Perms.exe?

I need to capture the user permissions for every folder on three network drives. I’ve been using perms.exe to capture the permissions and then importing the data into an Access database. Then removing the permissions data for all the files that it captures.

The problem with this process is that it takes over 6 hours to capture the data for one user on one drive.
