Android Contact formatting

Does anyone know either how to display and sort contacts/People in the HTC PEOPLE program by the COMPANY…or do you know a program or widget for contact management that does allow the user to display and sort contacts/people by whatever field one wants? I sync contacts to Outlook, which does sort by whatever field you like, and I often need to find a person from their company field…I just can’t remember, nor do I want to, all the people in my database.
