Another NT question dealing with E-Mails

Right now we have a system administrator that recieves all the error mails in and out of our domain. IE: bad senders or bad recipients. We would like to change this over to someone else to monitor. Any idea where these settings are in NT4.0 or Exchange Server 5.5 ? I understand this is a question I should know. However most of my expierience is in *nix so I am new to NT and have made sure the points reflect my stupidity.
