Another way to install Microsoft Interne

I’m looking for a way to install Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 without first downloading the small setup file and then executing it to perform a web install. This uses too much network bandwidth and can take a long time. I would like to download a large executable file once and install it multiple times from the same file, either by putting the file on a CD-ROM or through a network share. Does anyone know of a way that I can do this?
