Any programs opens up the same application in win 7. how to fix it?

Hi. I installed PS CS5 day before yesterday. I think i din’t uncheck the box which said open all apps with this program, so after the installation was over.. all the application (torrent, flv, real, chrome, IE, vlc, picasa, system restore,) almost everything.. opens only PS. however, all the application seems to work fine in the guest user profile.. i downloaded the registry file .lnk and ran it.. but doesn’t work, tried to uninstall PS, but says i don have admin rights.. Tried to delete user profile.. but doesn’t work.. can anyone help me fix this problem… plzzzz….
