Any Windows NETSH Users Out There?

I have been playing with the standard Windows 2008 “netsh” program, and am a little amazed and baffled by the power of this program.

Does anybody use this for any serious IT management? If so, what do you do with netsh specifically? Is this something I should be spending time on, or are there better things to master?

I am a little surprised to see that netsh has been there since Windows 2003 and I am only learning about it now.
