anyone using JIRA for project management

I manage a number of projects in a mid-size business and we’ve been working on setting JIRA up as a project management tool.. I’ve spent a fair amount of time customizing JIRA and Confluence views, and I’m wondering if anyone else has had success using this framework to manage multiple projects
