Anyone worked for Smartech? Looking to leave Barrister

Hey everyone,
I’m a freelance computer repair tech. I’ve been working for Barrister for a few months now and I’ve had about all I can take. Anyone who has worked for them knows how terrible they are. I’m fed up with waiting a month or more to (hopefully) get paid, or not getting paid without a sending a hundred emails complaining and making several phone calls to their non-existing payroll dept!

I digress. Has anyone had experience working for Smartech? They are out of Austin, TX and provide act as a middle-man between companies, customers and techs. I’m thinking they MUST be better than Barrister but I’d like some feedback from someone who knows. Thanks!
