AppleShare

we have an all Mac network of about 20
computers. we need to get a new server
and are considering buying a G4 tower
system as opposed to a “server” and
installing AppleShare on it. Are there any
draw backs to this? Will AppleShare Ip
6.1 run on a G4 tower?
