Apps don’t run in Terminal Server

Server: Windows 2003 SBS w/Terminal Services
App: Deltek CRM (runs on SQL 7 / NT4)
Windows XP SP2 client w/s

When users log-in to Terminal server and attempt to run an application, they get ODBC error: “ODBC32 error 42S02 Invalid object name”.
Administrator doesn’t get this error and app runs just fine.
