Asp Error

Hi ,we have a asp webpage which allows us to upload files to our server.It’s working perfectly till yest day.Suddenly we are getting the following error..Any help appreciated.
.I am giving the details here.
Server OS:Win2k server SP4 with SQL Server.
The error:

HTTP 500.100 – Internal Server Error – ASP error
Internet Information Services
