aspSmartUpload question

I have recently downloaded the aspSmartUpload program. I am unable to get the program to save files to the directory I specified – or any directory for that matter. I followed the directions to install aspsmartupload that were included with the program. I have been able to upload files into a database, so I know that the dlls included work and are in the correct directories/ paths. When attempting to upload files into a directory, the browser goes through the process (bar increases, return pagesays it uploaded) but there is no file in the upload directory. This has been driving me nuts for the last week. I’d appreciate any suggestions.
If it matters, I’m running it on Win 98 with PWS installed.
