Auto Arrange “Start Menu – Programs”

How can I AUTOMATICALLY auto arrange the programs folder under the Start menu – Programs on W2000?

Every time I install a new apps it is put at the bottom of the “Start Menu – Programs”, how can I make this Auto arrange AUTOMATICALLY ??
