Automatic Lock down

Ok. Here’s the problem. My employees log on to their Windows XP Machine as early as 7am to 10 am. At approximately 7PM every night, they all seem to disconnect themselves from the server. Server is currently running 2003 Enterprise. Any suggestions as to why this is happening or maybe a little direction to cure the problem…
