For SQL server and other performance reasons I want to reboot our servers once a week. I’m sure there is a way to automate this so I don’t have to drive 20 minutes on the weekend to reboot when nobody’s logged in. After all, there are thousands ofprograms that automatically reboot the machine during installation. How about a batch file I could schedule that duplicates the action of the shut down and restart buttons in the ctrl+alt+del security dialog? It’s worth 500!
