Backing Up

What is a good method or product for backing up automaticlly everyday. I wanted to use two CD’s or DVD’s one each day backing up the same files. Swapping only the one disk each day. Program like MYOB where most of the files dont change except the data file and any new forms that are created. Is there anything that will replace and add only the files that are new.
