Backing up NT 4.0 user accounts???

I have a NT 4.0 stand-alone server. It’s sole purpose at the time was to provide RAS capability and nothing more. I am installing a new Server (Win2000) that’s going to provide that capability as well as other services. My question is how can I migrate or copy the users accounts from the NT 4.0 server to the newly installed Win2000 Server? I don’t want to retype all the accounts in again. I know I could do an image of the old hard drive to the new computer and install Win2000 Server on top of that, but I don’t want to do that either. Is there a better way???
