Bash scripting for IMAC OS X

As a tech for my school district, I do simple batch files for repetive PC fixes. Now we are bringing in hundreds of new MACs and I feel lost. Is there anyone out there who can do BASH scripting, (or any type of IMAC scripting) and maybe give a hand?
