Beaming problems with Win CE devices

Has anyone figured out the problem of beaming between a Palm and a Win CE?

I have tried it with a Casio Cassiopeia E-125 and a Palm IIIc. I always get messages on both that the operation didn’t work (“No receiving / sending device found”)
