Best Antivirus with effective Anti Spyware for Enterprise Network

What is the best Antivirus with Anti Spyware for Corporate Network consisting of 150 PCs. We are using Symantec Corporate 10 but not effective and is not that usefull any more.Any suggestions for any good product. How about Trend Micro?
