Best Helpdesk Software

Hey all. Im looking for a suitable help desk software for my company. In particular,I would like my employees to have access to this software via their mobiles phones through a WAP portal so they can see the tasks that have been assigned to them, even if they are on the road and offsite. Can anyone suggest a software that can satisfy this mobile need? Many Thanks
