Is there a method or product that is currently out there that is essentially “best practice” to use for integration of AWS into ServiceNow?
What I would like to be able to accomplish here in the next few weeks is to be able to transition from an on Prem datacenter to the AWS Cloud. During the entirety of this phase I need to establish all monitoring points that have the potential of failure. Introducing AWS’s hardware presents another challenge in this as we have their web applications, along with their hypervisor hardware to monitor as well.
I would like to be able to use CloudWatch (or something similar) to integrate directly into service now, creating tickets and assigning those tickets to the proper groups. Is anybody currently utilizing such a method? If so, would you be willing to share what your current stackers looking like?
