Best program to CD-ROM productions??

Hi :o)

I’m about to make a educational cd-rom, with lots of high quality video clips.

I wan’t maximun control over the videoclips, such as:
– Integration of video and lyrics
– Some of the video-clips (5 minutes), have ‘chapters’. And as thevideo plays along, the progress through the ‘chapters’ have to be visible in the menu.

I’m considering ‘Macromedia Director 8.5’ or ‘Flash MX’.

Are there other products I should consider???
