Best software for making awesome presentations?

Hey Team,
Need some expert advice. I am looking forward to make some presentations for my work which can include 3D images, texts, videos, pics etc. Basically, I am looking for a software

which could help me with making the best of the presentations for work. Can anyone please suggest some applications for the same? I have tried using Adoble Bridge CS5 but cant seem to make any progress with it. I somehow dont want to use powerpoint 🙂 I am looking for a software in which I can change the colour/appearance of the images being inserted or write or change text in the slides.
