Big problem on Mac Medic Pro

I bought the Mac Medic Pro for US$199 in July. But I can not recover even one good file. I emailed to the tech supoort and get the answer is “read the manual”. I read the manual and following the instruction step by step. I still can not recover onereadable file. I emailed the support again a few times and never get more answer. I appreciate if any one has the experience with the program, Mac Medic Pro. and tell me what problem it is.
