BIOS Password Reset

I am currently working on an Acer Travelmate 5610 and the question is that I am currently locked out by the bios password. I can not get into either the BIOS or to my desktop. I was wondering if there is a CMOS battery that I can take out or jumper slots. If not, other than paying ACER $100, is there a way to bypass this situation. I have tried the backdoor passwords that I can find for the bios and none of them work.
