Blocking phone numbers in Cisco Callmanager

Hi, I am using Cisco Callmanager 4.1 and my company is wanting to block an individual phone number, but I have no idea how to block just one number. Is this possible or do I need to perform a bunch of steps? If you can help me out that would be great. Thanks.
