Blue Screen of Death When lid closed

I know this is going to be a hard thing to trace, but here it goes.
I have a dell Latitude D630 laptop. Everytime I shut the lid for more then say a minute, I get a blue screen of death. It comes up with a Irq less than or equal to error.
I assume it is a driver, but not sure how to tell which one. I have not installed any new hardware or software. I tried updating my graphics card thinking it was that. It isn’t/wasn’t that.
Any suggestions?
