Bluetooth Problems with Novell

I installed a USB to Bluetooth adapter into my PC and it would not operate at all. I installed it onto a PC without Novell and the unit operated normal. Does anyone have any history or know of a configuration issue with Novel and USB/Bluetooth devices.
