Bounty on TCPIP Utilities

Be it known a bounty is hereby placed on any command line TCPIP utility that are useful. Below you will find examples that I am aware of and how they can be used :

NBTSTAT -a Ip-address
Returns the MAC address of the system using this IP address
NBTSTAT -c
Returns what is currently in the name table. Useful in finding out if you setup the hosts / Lmhosts files correctly

TRACERT
Good for discovering the complete route a data packet will have to travel to get to it’s destination. Useful if you are not sure that you may need to touch a ROUTER

Hosts/Lmhosts file
#PRE permanent cache of address
#DOM Domain controllers
Any other good Hosts switches?
How can the #Include command be useful?

ARP -g
Looks at the ARP Table. If you hit it within the last 2-10 min it shows up
How can I stack the deck and create a permanent ARP listing for a computer each time the system reboots?
