BRM, CRM, Like a PIMM (trying to find one for manufacturing )

Hi, I have searched for a database for manufacturing (free software). [Sole trader].
I am an Embroiderer and looking for a simple database that will cover the following points.
1. Client database
2. Clients require multiple design files.
3 Facility to view File ‘graphic’ thumbnail
4. Ability to track production Date, cost, No. of units
5. Search facility by date, name, Job name.
Does anyone know of one? There is a use out there for one.
