Browser unable to surf pages

Hi,

I’ve a problem PC at work. Here goes…

A NIC card expired last week. After replacement, the browser couldn’t login to our corporate site or other sites. So, I scouted Control Panel for any problems. Found no problems in Network Connections.

Note: NIC is configured manually. Other PCs on LAN are working. Antivirus and Firewall are off. Browsers reset to default mode.

As i suspect faulty cable, I replaced it. Still no updates. Next, I change a new NIC. Also, no updates. At this point, Network Connections is still not reporting any problems.

I tried the new NIC and cable on another PC. Both items are working. They could surf our corporate site and others. What is still wrong with the PC?

Any solutions? Thanks.
