buffer overrun

I get the message: “Buffer overrun detected”. What I found out was that at start-up Rundll32 is presented in the CTRL-ALT-DEL menu, but right after I run ANY browser – it disappears, followed by the quoted above message. Please advise. My OS is Win’98SE. ipenev@mail.orbitel.bg
