Built-in wireless Service Pack 2 DHCP

I have some new Toshiba and HP laptops with built-in wireless Nic’s (A,B&G). Since putting on Service Pack 2 none of them work. My set up is #com access points with WEP enabled at 128 bits. The clients connect to the AP’s but it is never able to get a DHCP address. I’ve tried hardcoding it and that doesn’t work. Anyone have the same issue or resolved it?
