Business Contact Manager 2003 & 2007 Compatibility

I’m running a mixture of Outlook/BCM 2003 and 2007. Is there a compatibility pack available for the mixed pair? I can’t get them to access each other’s databases, and Microsoft doesn’t seem to have a bridge….
