Calculate Age with Access 2002

I have attempted to calculate a persons age with the information provided by Mircosoft. However, it does not work or I am, most likely, doing something wrong.

I am hoping someone would be kind enough to email me a step by step instruction on this formula.

I am taking the dob, which is data entried, and after that it goes crazy or I go crazy…

Please help. If you could email your response I would greatly appreicate it.
