Here is a question that I received from one of my employees. Any ideas on what they need to do?
“We are trying to get our calendars set up in Outlook so that we are all able to post and cancel appointments on our calendars so that we are all aware of everyone’s comings and goings. Although FOCUS gives you the capability of adding appointments to all calendars, you cannot remove them from everyone’s calendar. A major flaw.

Auto accept meeting requests & process cancellations
I have to open my e-mail before the appointment/cancellation is posted to my calendar. Two other people in our office do not have to open their emails, they just automatically post to their calendars. Also, when I try to set up an appointment, another person has to open her e-mail in order for it to post. After testing and testing, we believe that I am the problem. Something is wrong with my default
