Can copper-straight through cables utilize fibre broadband?

Hi, I was hoping someone could give me some insight. I am currently working on my graded unit in college. What my question is, can I utilize fibre broadband if I’m using a copper-straight through ethernet cables? I am trying to decide on an ISP for my project and the infinity fibre broadband is by far the better deal than the regular packages. However, I don’t want to add extra cost if the cables will not be able to utilize the download speed. Thanks
