Can disposable vapes mess up phone batteries?

Alright so this might sound dumb but I need to ask because it’s driving me crazy. I recently started using disposable vapes, usually puff on it while scrolling on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 if it matters), and now my battery is dying super fast. Like it used to last all day easy, now it’s dead by 3PM even with light use.

At first I thought maybe my phone was just getting old (it’s like 2 years), but my friend said something wild, that the vapor or the heat from the vape could somehow damage the battery or sensors if you’re always holding both close together.

Is there any truth to this? Can using a disposable vape near your phone mess it up somehow? Or am I just being paranoid and need a new battery?
