Can I convert phone jacks to ethernet?

I wish to move a PC into my bedroom, with the goal of utilizing ethernet to increase speeds. I believe the ports around my room to be phone jacks. One is labeled to be CAT 5, while the other is unlabeled. Is this possible for me to do as a budget-friendly DIY project? Thanks for any and all help, I really need it.
