Can I create a network user profile in Windows Steady State?

I am working with Windows Steady State and would like to know if it is possible to create a user profile on a mapped network drive? I would like all of my user data to be stored there instead of on a local hdd partition, this way i can easily export user profiles and import them if computers are moved.
