Can i remove it and how to add it to my C:?

I have a notebook Dell Studio 1535 that came with OS Windows vista 32 bit that i upgraded to Windows 8 64 bit by clean installation. I have only 1 partition C: local disk but it created another partition E: named “system reserved”. It’s empty. Can i remove it and how to add it to my C:?
