Can I report on my outlook Inbox

I want to run a report that details the emails I have sent in the last year. I checked out outlook/outlook help and it seemed to have nothing plus I googled to no avail. Is there a program out there that would allow me to run reports on my inbox/sent items? I’m really looking for:
# of Emails sent by recipient
# of Emails received by sender
# of emails sent to internal addresses
# of emails sent to external addresses

That sort of thing

(I am using Outlook 2007 if that helps)
