Can Power BI be a better alternative to SSRS?

We’ve been developing data reporting solutions at our company (Deevita) using SSRS. But recently we’ve been instructed to investigate on Power BI and the advantages. It looks like we are shifting from SSRS to Power BI, and we really don’t know how good Power BI can be, because we are so much used to SSRS.

My question: How good is Power BI compared to SSRS? What are the pros and cons, and how should we get started with learning Power BI from a enterprise perspective?
