I am using Outlook 2003 and migrated from Outlook Express 6. I imported and exported my folders, emails and contact list which all appear to have transferred OK. The problem I am having is that although I believe I am receiving emails OK, it appears that I am not sending emails consistently. For example, I can send an email to myself with and without attachments and I receive them. If however, I send an email to someone else with a CC to me, the message does not get to the recipient and I do not get a copy. It DOES show up in my SENT folder as having been sent. I checked my Outlook account settings and they “appear” to be correctly set. BTW, I am using Windows XP SP3 and MS-Security Essentials. I tried to see if MSE had an email setting which might be conflicting with Outlook, but couldn’t determine anything on that note.This is very frustrating and I would appreciate any help on this soonest.
